Device for determining the sheet deformation limit states

Device for analysis of the deformation limit states at higher strain rates is suitable for testing a wide range of materials used in the industrial practice. Compared to the standard forming limit curves (FLC) determined according to the standard EN ISO 12004-1, this device operates with high strain rate and impactor energy.

High-speed system for winding yarn spinning machines

The new yarn winding technology is characterized by a central winding system supplied with an individual traversing system. It allows a change of winding angle on the bobbin according to technological requirements. The new technology differs from the existing central systems which allow the yarn to be wound up at maximal speed of approx. 200 m / min. This system is based on central yarn winding and individual yarn traversing system which enables programmable change of the crossing angle. The novelty of this winding technology is that it enables the central system to increase the winding speed by up to 100%. The method of high-speed winding of yarn for spinning machines is a public result registered at the Industrial Property Office under file number P 306486.

Ecological technology of combing for surface treatment of felt structures   

The design and optimization of the ecological combing technology for the surface treatment of felted structures consists mainly of replacing the existing combing tool, which is made of inaccessible natural material - leather of protected shark. The principle of arrangement of the combing tool is patent protected. The functional sample has been optimized for geometry, manufacturability, assembly and lifespan. Modern technologies and experience in the field of materials and surface treatments were used for the production of the functional sample. Patent protection was provided for the use of this technology.

Orthopedic mattress with variable stiffness

The orthopaedic mattress with variable stiffness allows continuous adjustment of stiffness of its lamellar grate. It is possible to set the desired stiffness in two zones of the mattress - in the shoulder area and in the hip area. The desired values can be adjusted manually in order to achieve level position of the spine. In the second case, the stiffness can be changed dynamically and may act against bedsore. The mattress improves sleep comfort and is beneficial to health.
