August 25 to 27 – Bachelor stage successfully completed. A total of 16 bachelor's degree graduates will receive their diplomas on September 26.
Meeting with secondary school guidance counselors
August 28 – there was a meeting between faculty representatives and secondary school guidance counselors. Vice Dean dr. Luboš běhálek invited and presented a range of events for secondary schools in AR 20254/2026. And there's more – just choose and connect with us: Lectures, Technology days, Project day "Kick-off (for) Engineering", Open days, Physical practice, Workshop "How solid is solid" for teachers of physics, chemistry and engineering subjects, Debates with students and their graduates who today write their story at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Meet FME TUL Racing, 3D printing competition, May 'summer' schools focused on robotics, automation, 3D technology, material engineering and engineering technology.
Examples from Flexibility and Strength 1
An unlimited number of examples from Flexibility and Strength can be devised, and of course scripts can never contain all of them. That can't even be their point. The point is to show how examples are generally solved, what are the best practices, what questions to ask and how to answer them in order to produce the desired results. Examples can often be solved in different ways.
Adaptation course for freshmen – residential cottage in the Jizerské hory
August 29 to 31 – Games, volleyball, chill, party, rope park, kiting, evening bonfire, barbecue. Tips for coping with engineering studies. Traditionally, older classmates, graduates and the vice dean for education also participated. Fun fact: Most of those who participated do better in the first semester.
FME TUL Racing team succeeds at the SLOMZCYN racetrack
On the racetrack in Słomczyn, Poland, our university team FME TUL Racing achieved the best racing success with its racing car Magdaléna. He took overall 2nd place in the internal combustion engine category. Congratulations to the whole team, we are proud of you!
